Refund Policy

At Múin Educate, all products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we're committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at hello@muineducate.ie /  muineducate@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly:

• Your download link did not arrive or has expired
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong file

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to a refund if a digital product is faulty or not as described. We will always honour this.
